A memorial service will be held for Bert at Rockefeller Memorial Chapel on the University of Chicago campus at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2012.
The Chapel is located at 5850 South Woodlawn Avenue in Chicago, IL. Free street parking is available along the Midway Plaisance, 59th Street, and the surrounding cross streets.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Professor Bertram J. Cohler Memorial Fund at the University of Chicago.
